The Alaska special prosecutor's report has been released. The report clears Governor Sarah Palin in her dismissal of Alaska Public Safety Commissioner Walter Monegan. But it finds that she violated state ethics laws in the campaign that she, her husband Todd Palin, and her executive staff conducted in attempting to have Alaska state trooper Mike Wooten - her former brother-in-law - fired.
