Argument: Argument thesis  The soul exists distinctly from the physical body
Node type: Node refutes parent assertion  This node refutes its parent
Parent Node: Node supports parent assertion  The soul is free of physical constraints
Node Text: Assumes the soul exists.

Circular reasoning. If it exists, then by definition, it is separate from the body. A soul is, by definition, non-tangible. A body is, by definition, entirely tangible.
Analogy: Teleportation has a definition, but that doesn't mean it exists.
