Node Text: Biblical description of God is itself untelligible, and incomplete

While God is discussed in the Bible, the Bible cannot be considered a logical description of God without allowing that such a description define God (even for our limited purposes).

But if God is thus describable, God loses the requisite property of being "that which the mind cannot grasp"... Or, in other terms, we are guilty of having forced God into a box.

Since this is an absurd outcome, the idea that the Bible can define God must be absurd.
